Need plugins

Can anyone give me the free download links of following plugins for adobe premiere.
1: ligos lsx encoder (if any other encoder is better than ligos lsx encoder then give me that encoder's link but ligos lsx encoder must)
2: fe pixel polly
3: fe particals system
if no one have all links give me links of 1 or 2 plugins.

ligos lsx encoder is commercial software. you would have to buy it. the last version was about $400. no longer available.

the others are also very old and no longer available.

I know that is old but i need it because i have purchased a project but that plugins are needed no 2 and 3.
And my friend told me that ligos lsx encoder have only 3 mb is it true?. If it is true i can't imagine that lsx encoder's cost is about $400

pixel polly and partical system are included with after effects. they are in the plugins folder.

I want to use these plugins in premiere 6.5 not in after effects?
Anyway tell me the version of after effects in which these plugins or any way to get these plugins after effects to premiere

don't know what version, maybe cs3, but they are after effect plugins not premiere.

But when i open that project premiere says to me "where is fe pixell polly" so its means that a way to get these plugins in premiere but i dont know what is that way
