I copied the entire content of a Japanese (unprotected) DVD to my HDD. In AVI.net, the subtitles options are always grayed out ("No subtitles available"). I'm selecting the VTS_01_1.VOB file, and there is a corresponding VTS_01_0.IFO file. I've tried opening VTS_01_0.VOB instead, but it makes no difference - I cannot get subtitles to be enabled.
I also tried using DVD Fab to copy the entire DVD to the HDD, but to no avail.
Please help - what am I doing wrong?
