You can also use VXX3221, VXX3288 or VXX2967. The VXX2967 was probably the best remote ever made for Pioneer DVRs: buttons are intuitively sized and placed for easy identification by "feel," and the dark gray buttons on silver metallic base are very easy to see and read. No sliding cover means all buttons are always available. The VXX2967 is nearly indestructible, and easy to disassemble for cleaning.
The only features you would miss from your original LX60D remote might be the quick access buttons to switch between tuners, the dedicated DiVX/JPEG/MP3 jukebox selector and perhaps the quick access EPG timer grid button, but these features can also be instantly pulled up from the Home Menu using any Pioneer DVD/HDD remote. The LX60D also has some duplicate buttons like the jukebox selector on its front panel.Last edited by orsetto; 25th Jul 2012 at 12:36.
