I have been searching all over Google for a conversion tutorial to convert stereo MP3 to stereo AC3 music 2-channel format. Not a video format. I have music that are in .mp3. They will play on my iPhone in MP3 format, but I rather use the proper AC3 format. Are there any tutorials?
Also, are there tutorials for convert FLAC to AC3?
If possible, could BeSweet do the work, BeLite? I mean the GUI part?

BeSweet has the ability, but its AC3 output has been criticised.
dBPowerAmp Music Converter can do it all, in batches.
Version 10 is still freeware and can handle all the formats.
AC3 is really only used for videos though. Why do you want to use it?
If it is AAC you want, dBpowerAMP can do that.
Get the codecs for the free version here: http://www.dbpoweramp.com/legacy/codec-central-legacy.htm

It says it needs Nero Digital Audio to encode to AAC.
Which you can get here: http://www.dbpoweramp.com/codec-central-m4a.htm
(I haven't done this myself, I used dBpowerAMP for FLAC, AC3 and MP3 conversions.)
You might find other tools here: https://www.videohelp.com/tools?toolsearch=AAC
Perhaps fre:ac might be worth a try.

I tried dBPowerAmp first with both codecs installed. I didn't see a drop down list for the AAC. I'm lost. I didn't know which one to download, so I downloaded them both.
I just got Lame XP, and Nero AAC. I installed Lame XP, and I extracted the Nero AAC to a folder on my desktop. I am not too sure on how the command line works.
Which method should I use between both apps? How do I use them?
