Yes, basically what's goin on is that even after uninstalling all other Blackmagic programs from my computer, deleting all the files manually, and even removing the registry info from my PC I STILL keep getting an error that the Blackmagic Intensity software is detecting the Desktop Video Software is installed, yet, I've uninstalled and deleted the Desktop Video manager so many times now it isn't even funny and I don't know what else to do and it's driving me nuts to boot!

    Assuming you're on a recentish version of Windows. run MSCONFIG.EXE and examine the Startup tab for a BlackMagic installer item. Unchecking it will stop it from running.

    If that doesn't work open Task Manager while the message is on your screen and examine the Processes tab. If you find the BlackMagic installer, right-click and choose "Open File Location." That will show you what file you need to zap from your drive.
