    Hi
I could change my mind and return some equipment I purchased, but it looks like I am going to use a PC tuner and very long HDMI equalized cable to my big screen TV. I will do this because I watch over the air TV and neither tuner that will do the job. I found a PC tuner sensitive enough for over the air station viewing. I also saw a TV that impressed me and I am thinking of getting that one and returning the one I have. But my question is this when you read about all the parameters reviews Talk about like motion artifact thing, black to white ratio and things like that what of those reviewed parameters would apply when you are using your TV has essentially a big monitor. Would motion artifact thing, come from from your PC tuner or your big screen TV or a combination of both? The impressive TV I mentioned above had a terrific black-and-white ratio to my eyes and to a review is testing lab readings. But this television was reported as having motion artifacting problems I could not see when I recently watched it at the Best Buy showroom. So I hope I am not repeating myself too much, but when you are using both a PC tuner and a TV where are the quality parameters coming from?
