    I'm at wits end!
    I have:

    Computer:

    HP p6210y PC
    HP Pavilion
    Model # p6210y PC
    AMD Athlon II620 Quad-Core Processor
    6GB systemmemory
    NVIDIAGeForce 9100 integrated graphics
    GenuineWindows 7 Home Premium 64-bit
Super MultiDVD Burner with LightScribe Technology

    Video Camera:

    SamsungHMX-H100N/XAA

    BluRayBurner:

I installedan HP BD Writer bd340i (I believe Bd340iRH24= Bd340i=LiteOn iHBS112 = HP N82E16827140051) that I bought at Best Buy as an HP burner. After much prodding I got and installed themost recent firmware update for it from HP.

    Software:

Bd340i camewith PowerProducer and PowerDirector that only burnt bd-r disks 3 or 4 timesout of about 25 attempts. Now have PowerProducerversion 5.5.3.2325 Ultra and PowerDirector Ultra version 8.00.3022

I’m usingVerbatim bd-r hard coat #96769 and have used 3 other bd-r types of disks

I can’tsuccessfully burn to the bd-r disks. The latest error message i get says "An error occurred when accessing the stream" Anysuggestions? I get little to no help from cyberlink and this is an over year long problem.
    Thanks
