I have used AVIdemux to increase the audio volume of an avi movie but it doesn't seem to work with a DVD movie. AVIdemux won't accept the movie when I use File Open. Is there some way, some program that will allow me to increase the volume of a DVD movie?

VOB2MPG to get an mpg file. Open it in AVI Demux, alter the volume, and resave it with the new louder audio. Use Muxman to create a new DVD using the adjusted MPG, then VOBBlanker to put the new VOBs into the old DVD structure. Burn a new disc.
