    Hi there,

The new version of the ffmpegX 0.0.9y-L for Mac OSX 10.7 "Lion" release,
which is available in the web now, is not suitable for me.

I'm looking for the older one the ffmpegX 0.0.9y.
Is there any site where can I download it? I tried various ones but no success.

Either the downloaded disk image is failed to mount, or the relevant page cannot be found in the server.

    Can anybody help?

    Thanks,

    eleeni

The FTP link on download page works for me, and the .dmg mounts fine.

It used to do it for me as well, but not any more...

Any suggestions will be more than welcomed.

    Thanx

Perhaps your FTP mode isn't set to 'passive' (PASV).
Or perhaps you have selected to use an FTP proxy server that isn't working properly.
Or perhaps a firewall on your Mac or a setting in your router is blocking the data port that the FTP server tries to negotiate. It should be automatic, if nothing prevents it from doing so.
Or try a different browser or a dedicated FTP client.

Note that ffmpegX has two Preview buttons that are not the same function.
The Preview button in the upper right corner is to watch the partial converted output, while the conversion is still in progress.
The Preview button in the lower right corner of the Filters tab is for previewing the source file with all settings applied (e.g. subtitles and audio track selection).
