    Hi Everyone

1st post to this site so I apologise if repeating a question.

I have a You Tube video with music which I wish to use the music only for a home holiday video using Windows Movie Maker on a PC with a MSoft 7 system. Currently Movie Maker will not recognise the MP4 file?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks gasjkh22

    Thanks for the reply.

Downloaded software but Movie Maker still won't recognise the AVI file it has saved.

Movie Maker is fine at recognising .wma files though.

Getting frustrated as there must be a way of doing this?

    Actually very easy.

    3 simple stages.

Download from You Tube using DVD Studio Soft
Then coverted to MP3 using My Video Convertor
Then added to my Movie Maker project as an MP3.

    Works a treat.
