  1. When someone at my company views http://www.jems.com/video/sponsored-video/sneak-peek-sept-2011-jems they see the attached screen shot. Does anyone have any ideas?

  2. Looks fine on my PC using IE and Chrome, do they have the latest Flash player installed?

    Also try disabling hardware acceleration.

    Since this is the newbie forum I will not be ashamed to ask where one can use hardware acceleration. Is that on the graphics card?

  4. Right-click on the video and select Settings then the Display tab, untick hardware acceleration.
