    When someone at my company views http://www.jems.com/video/sponsored-video/sneak-peek-sept-2011-jems they see the attached screen shot. Does anyone have any ideas?

    Looks fine on my PC using IE and Chrome, do they have the latest Flash player installed?
    http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

    Also try disabling hardware acceleration.

    Since this is the newbie forum I will not be ashamed to ask where one can use hardware acceleration. Is that on the graphics card?

    Right-click on the video and select Settings then the Display tab, untick hardware acceleration.
