I have a lot of MTS files which I would like to cut out a part of without reencoding/rerendering the video.
I usually do this on AVI files with VirtualDub and Direct Stream Copy.
I found describtions that said that I could use DShowInputDriver to import MTS files into VirtualDub but it doesn't seem to work with my Panasonic MTS files
Any suggestions on how to get it to work with VirtualDub and Panasonic MTS files?
Are the ways to convert Panasonic MTS files into some AVI encoding without loosing quality and without getting much bigger files?
Best Regards
Bjerner

Thank you for your answer.
Do you then know about a converter which can convert MTS files to AVI files without changing resolution and being editable from VirtualDub afterwards?
