I'm not too sure what the SBC format is, I think it has something to do with Smart Bitrate Control or something. Anyways, I have a movie that is in the sbc format when I try to use TMPEG encoder to convert to vcd I get no audio from it, it will only decode the video. I used Virtual Dub to get the audio from the movie and it worked with one exception. The original movie has about a three second silence in audio when it starts (I'm guessing when someone encoded it they did that so that their audio would be in sync with the movie). So when I use virtual dub to get the audio it doesn't include that 3 second sound delay and the audio is off in my finished movie. Is there a better way to do this. Can anyone help.
Thanks
