can't create a blu-ray disc from m2ts

I'm trying to create a BD from a m2ts file but when a load the file on tsMuxeR it gives me an error saying that can't recognize my video stream, does anybody knows other programs that converts m2ts to blu-ray (I need to add subtitles) or a way to solve my problem with tsMuxeR.

I tried AVCHDCoder but I have 4 audio streams and the program permits only 3.

And what is the video stream codec? VC-1? Identify using mediainfo.

Rename it to .ts and try tsmuxer again.
