    It seems to have a USB 2.0 input, so possibly. But the hard drive would likely have to be formatted in FAT32, the same as a USB thumb drive, where most hard drives use NTFS formatting.

    You can use a freeware program like SwissKnife for formatting the hard drive. http://download.cnet.com/CompuApps-SwissKnife-V3/3000-2248_4-10070864.html This may not work with very large hard drives, but you can probably partition them to smaller sizes if needed. There is also a 4GB file size restriction with FAT32, so your files would have to be sized to fit.
