I want to use digital camcorder as WEB camera with resolution 320x240. 1.Do I have to use video capture card? 2.If yes which video capture card is better. 3.If video capture card isn't necessary which device manager I can use (I'm using Win 98SE).
Before I try to use FireWire Pyro1394DV. I have Size 720x576 and Camera Control don't allow to change Size. I need to have resolution 320x240.
