Hi,
Have just purchased a Canon FS406 camcorder, recording onto a 1GB Sd card (fast transfer). Transfers to computer Ok, but when I try to make up films with Video Studio, they keep stopping momentarily on replay. One scene on it's own plays ok, it's only when two or more are joined.
Any tips?, I record at the highest definition and it happens if scenes are transferred as MPEG files or PAL DVD ones.
The camera replaces a Canon MV603, which was brill but got pinched.
Mike

Don't know about SD.
But
X3 has problems with AVCHD, X2 is much better than X3 in that regard.
VS8 was a charm with SD. I did not like VS9/10 and never upgraded.
