I am trying to convert a divx movie to xvcd, original divx: 640x272,
new size: 720x576 , no matter if I use 4:3 pal or 1:1 VGA, I still get
every few secs a jerky slow video and no sound for a sec, then it goes normal for a few secs and then it starts again!
I'm using 3000kbps , on the PC it plays normal, on my stand-alone DVD player I get problems with sound and picture.
Any idea what I can do to fix it?
