Hi, Is there some way I can mathematically know the bitrate for the required screen size so that there will be no distortions on playback and you can be sure about that it is the required bitrate for a particular screen?

No bitrate calculator can tell you how much bitrate a video needs to maintain image quality. Use constant quality encoding. You always get the quality you ask for. The encoder uses whatever bitrate is necessary at each frame.
