    If I use my wintv card fullscreen or if I try run a game then whenever I try to play a video either mpeg1 mpeg4 whatever it will always play very slowly fullscreen just a few fps
    This can only be fixed by a reboot
    Soon as I run a game launch wintv bingo videos play slowly again in fullscreen
    Im using a Hercules geforce 2 mx card using the lastest drivers from hercules and a k6-2 450 and Direct X 8.1 Windows 2000 384megs of Ram
    All these vids play fine fullscreen b4 i open wintv or a game
    Whats happening its driving me bonkers!

    Ur Cpu probally can't handel the workload.

    Full screen requires the CPU to re-scale as well as decode

    no like i said they play fine aslong as i dont ever use the tv card fullscreen
    is it a video overlay problem? somethign to do with the geforce or its drivers?
