Encode my H.264/AC3 .M2TS HD PVR video to Xbox friendly format?

I'm trying to follow this guide to encode my H.264/AC3 .M2TS HD PVR recordings to more Xbox friendly format:

However, when I press "Start" in queue tab, MeGUI eventually stops at this screen:

It seems to me that AC3 gets demuxed fine from my .M2TS source but something goes wrong in x264 part...

Is there something wrong in my x264 video profile: (I copied it directly from the guide.)
