Hi,
What's the best cdr or cdrw to go on (which type, brand, etc) if you like to burn them for vcd and svcd?
I use "Samsung CDR-W SW216-B" driver.

Quite frankly, ask a stupid question, get a stupid answer. The type of disc makes no difference, whether you're writing VCD/SVCD or regular data to it. Just get the cheapest brand that works in your damn player.

yeah, I would have to agree with most the other replys...
I've used many brands, mostly whatever is the cheapest when I need to buy more CDRs... all that I have used have always worked fine.
I find most problems in burning are due to the software or the burner itself not the media brand.
