mp4box.exe eror when converting

firstable excuse my bad english, i dont know if its the right section to put my probleme but i hope that the mod will forgive me, here is my probleme : i'm using gotsent to convert mkv files to mp4 in the way to watch them on my xbox 360 but every time i tried to convert a mkv files with ac 3 audio encoding i get an eror in the end of converting process saying that mp4box.exe stopped ,i'm using windosws 7 pro x64
can some one please help me to fix this

rebox.net finish converting but i m getting 69-C00D10E0 erorr on xbox because i m getting 5.4 gb files are ther anyway to fit the files whithout split

If you have access to a Mac you could format the drive as HFS instead of FAT32, then install an app called MacDrive to your Windows PC, which lets you write to HFS drives.

HFS doesn't have the file size limit of FAT32, and the 360 will read from it just fine.
