    If i leave my imported video and export it XviD MP3 AVI.. the sync is good throughout

    But if i cut some bits out using the slider.. then export half is in sync and the other isn't?! I also have problems in virtualdub

    Anyone recommend me a program where i can import mp4 and cut and crop selected scene's then export in XviD or something?

    Try avidemux.

    edit: Try the freemake video converter. Click on the scissor to do basic cutting.
