Is it possible to add delta frames in an existing file. I have an avi with a frame rate of 3 fps. The vidoe is jerky. Is it possible to set those 3 frames to be keyframes and have the compression codec generate delta frames. eg. IF i want to change the farmne rate to say 30 fps could i use the original three frames at intervals of 10 fames ? if so how. TIA
Try StreamFab Downloader and download from Netflix, Amazon, Youtube! Or Try DVDFab and copy Blu-rays! or rip iTunes movies!
