  1. I have some .mpg video that I would like to burn and play on my DVD player. My player (Apex ad800) says it will play VCD format along with CD-R/CD-RW, etc. Bottom line, it isn't working.... so I need to convert the file further or do something to it prior to burning?? Any help for a new guy.... would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks

Are your Mpeg files 352 x 288 at 25 fps (PAL) or 352 x 240 at 23.976 or 29.975 (NTSC), if not you will have trouble playing the mpeg files on a dvd player.

    I hope that helped you.
