    I'm trying to import a video I captured with my Hauupauge Colossus but it only displays the sound track. I have installed the latest Klite. I tried installing an older quicktime version. I'm not really sure how to fix it. I know it's related to the codec but don't know what to do.

    use mediainfo or gspot on the file to identify what codec it uses.

    maybe use mp4cam2avi and import the avi.

    avc1 - H.264/MPEG-4 AVC
    mp4a: MPEG-4 AAC LC

    Decoder in ffdshow is libavcodec

    edit: got it working with version 10
