    I load the mkv file,select the video stream set format specific to AR 2.35,click Start Muxing and the resulting file plays with no video. The new file will play in VLC but not in TMT3 and not when burned to disk.

  4. did you disable header compression? or try using an older version of mkvtoolnix (4.0 or older)

    No,but i tried a program called mkv2vob and chose mp4 as my output extension and it corrected the AR on the first movie file I tried.

    I tried a second movie with mkv2vob and it fixed it's AR also. The first movie had DTS audio which I converted to AC3,but the second movie had AC3 audio and the file that mkv2vob created was larger than the input file,went from 4.37GB to 4.57Gb.
