    Please suggest me tools for solve issue of not synchronizing of video and audio in fullhd (m2ts) as video before audio or video after audio. Thank you so much in advance for reply.

    The main "tool" is to figure out how it got that way and stop doing that.

    Other than that, lots of threads on the subject, depends on codecs used, but basically demux, and either add or subtract audio delay, or stretch/compress the audio, or change framerate.
