Need help and guidence...Convert 4.5gb to 900mb using Megui

this is my pc configuration intel core 2 duo E7300@2.66GHZ, 2.66GHZ n 2gb ddr2 ram n 320gb samsung hd and 160gb seagate hd and creative 5.1 channel..

I am new to this new forum srry for my bad english...I am a big fan of BRRips with smal size with gud quality i dont knw how they do.. latearly i got the answer is MEGUI, i am new to use megui i heard this is the best encoder.. my question is i like to re encode the brrips of size 4.45gb r 3gb movies to 900mb with gud quality i try many times with differnt bitrates with samples bt i m nt achieving with quality some blur is appering on the screen ... guys can u pls suggest me the best encoding settings to get the gud quality smal size(this is my size of target i like to use 900mb) and the process i m dong is attachd below ... give me ur suggestions and guidence pls...

Tried resize to a lower resolution / video size?

And try make smalller screenshots or can't you link to smaller tinypics thumbnail images?

thnk u for the rply... i tried with less resolution bt i m nt acheivng quality may b i m nt gud ant x264 congfig settings can u ur guidence in this setings....
