  1. i have tons of movie at .mkv at resolution 720p, im need some program conversion to insert on my ipad

    and i have some trouble regarding resolution, when im using handbrake is converted to resolution 1024x568. and question is which proper resolution on ipad for 720p ??.

    with these ( 1024x568 ) resolution the video seems to small .. or i have to cropping blackbar ?? how proper resolution for better view ??

    Don't believe the Apple hype. They may play 720p files but they don't display 16:9 as 720p.

    The iPad screen is 1024x768 which is 4:3 aspect ratio.

    16:9 will display as 1024x576 with letterbox.

    A standard 2.35 to1 movie will display on the iPad as 1024x435 with larger letterbox. This is near PAL DVD resolution not very HD.

    Follow the Handbrake template.
