I had been seeking a good video converter for a long time now, but can't find anyone that meet my requirements. I have been using Handbreak but it keeps crashing, then i used AVS Video Converter that i like alot, but the only problem, is that my output files has a black border on top and bottom. I use the same specification in AVS Video Converter that i used in Hanbreak.
My purpose is to convert all kind of video files to my HTC Desire.
The specification that i use in the converting is:
- mp4 or m4a
- 800x480 pixels (the maximum HTC Desire supports)
- H.264 (x264)
- same framerate as source
- 1500 kbps

freemake video converter, xmedia recode, format factory.
BUt you will get black borders if your video source is 2:35:1, or else must you stretch it or crop it. -
Sorry but how do i know if the video source is 2:35:1? And what does it mean?
I forgot to mention that in Handbreak i got no black borders, but when i use the same specifications in AVS Video Converter i get them. -
Hei, after a search on my computer i found Adobe Media Encoder. Did not know i had i LOL
Thanks for the help btw
