    I have 3 files in flv format. How can I link them together to create a dvd?

    flv joiner is a fast and cool software
    is there something similar for .avi?

    You could try http://lifehacker.com/5467180/avi-joiner-combines-split-video-files-into-one . BUt it requires that you have identical avis and it might not update the headers correctly.

    Baldrick IMHO nails it (again). I picked up DVD Flick and never looked back (never had reason to). I download my tutorials to .flv format drop them into DVD Flick. Select the menu I want, select Create DVD, and a little later, I'm done.
    There are no problems - only chances to excel.

    andys flv joiner was great but I have a mac now

    You dual boot into windows.

    Maybe avidemux 2.6 if you find it. Save as mp4.
