problem with CCE

when i encode with avisynth and cce 2.5 and i read the video with H+, my picture is not stable. the black border at the bottom always oscillate

If it's just the border that's the problem, try adding "TV borders" to your script. DL FitCD from the tools section, it'll create the border info you need for your .avs script.

If it's the picture itself that's the problem, then that's interlacing. Try changing the field order in CCE before encoding.
