When I converted via TmpGenc the Picture size on my TV was larger than expected. Now I have no problem with that except that the picture quality is more blochy and distorted. That leads me to a couple of questions:
1) Does the picture size effect the picture quality after conversion?
2) If so, How can I change that in TmpGenc?
Also for MPG1 files can I reconvert them to a smaller picture size? Will that improve the picture quality?
Any help is greatly appreciated....
