You need to enable screen capture in Download Helper preferences, and to download cs helper addon for windows.
Once that is done in preferences under capture-screeen capture tab, you can select your video codec, and to record sound also, select record audio from speakers

Should be useful for sites, where the only option to download is screen capture.

Video downloadhelper 4.9.1 I get no audio on downloaded file. Why?
