    Hi

    Im looking for a software similar to "popcorn mkv audio converter", i've converted dts to ac3 with the software but the sound quality seems to decrease significally- i used 640 kbit/sek with the libav decoder
    Is ac3 the best quality after dts or should i convert it to aac and can you recommend another software to convert the audio?

    You can also use mkv2ac3. But most such software use same software so you will get same quality.
