hi, i use sox (command line audio editor/converter) ..

at a point i need to convert the audio (wav) to amr format and i knew that to convert to amr i need these libraries:
libamrwb & libamrnb

but i found source file for those libraries here ("http://www.penguin.cz/~utx/amr#download") but that does not include win32 dll files

so, please if any one have those libraries in compiled (dll) form and/or can compile that source code and provide me the dll files .. it will be great pleasure for me..

please help me out asap.. as i got stuck.. on my project
