hey whats up?
Currently i am using spruceup to author my dvd disc and then nero to burn it (following the how to on this site). I have to use nero as spruce up sees my burner (pioneerdvr-104) but will not burn anything on it at all.
At anyrate i have made dvds with menus that play fine on my pioneer homedecks as well as the older apex ad600a.
The other day i tried them out on a friend's machine that was a magnavox. It refused to read the disc (metnioned to put in a playable dvd). I then tried a dvd-r that was made with another program and it played fine.
my question is have any of you/do any of you use the nero method to burn and if so could you please tell me what machine(s) it was tested on? Im curious as to how compatible it really is. yes im using the current version of nero. thanks again.
PS i would/could use sonic dvdit, but the le and PE both seem not to like video bit rates higher then 8, some of mine jump as high as 10 so sonic is out of the question (it will not author the final disc or dvd folder)
