    Hello All,

    I'm a newbie here so please excuse any protocol faux pas on my part. I am looking for any equipment, preferably to buy, that allows me to use SVHS PAL tapes that have timecode information to capture into a computer and create .MOV files and subsequently create an edit list with timecode information so that I can use the same edit list with original D2 tapes I have in my archive.

    Any help is appreciated.

    S-VHS(PAL) VCR is very rare in the States. I have bought one from the ebay.co.uk. The shipping cost, about 90 dollars, is more expensive than the machine itself.
