    Hi All,
    when I had a windows, I used ImgBurn ( wonderful tool)
    now I have an Imac and quite frankly I don't think that it can be used
    any valid alternative?

  4. for burning purpose I use LiquidCD (donationware)
    For DVD, iPad, HD, connected TV, … iMovie & FCPX? MovieConverter-Studio 3 (01/24/2015) - Handle your camcorder's videos? even in 60p or 60i? do a slow-motion? MovieCam.

    There's nothing really as good as ImgBurn for Macs, but I use Burn (freeware) and it's OK. It doesn't have a lot of options but if you just need to burn something it's OK.

    Many people who have Macs will run a virtual machine on the Mac with Windows. If you do that you can run ImgBurn inside a Windows VM.

    I have an .iso file ( 4 GB) and burn doesn't recognize it
    with liquid cd there are some errors in the writing process

    any other software?

    Toast is it (3rd $party).

    Jobs is anti-optical anything. You bought into his plan when you purchased that iMac.

    With Mac you can run Linux alts. Best to keep a running Windows machine.

    Disk Utility will burn DVDs and it's free and already on your Mac.
