Ageisub audio function not working?

I've been using Ageisub to make subtitle for a while now, and never had this problem before.
But for some reasons, when I open Ageisub today, none of the audio works while I'm trying to play the video on Ageisub. I clicked 'Audio' --> 'Open audio from video' , and it ran the 'RAM' thing, and then the green sound wave bar appeared on the screen. However, there's no sound when I play the video.

Anyone have the same issue before? how to resolve that?

Hit ALt + O > Audio > Advanced ... check audio provider ... my current default is ffmpegsource

You may need to check your installed version of ffmpeg ... unistal and reinstall updated version and check again
