    I'm making XVCD at 3000 kpbs and 1 hour of movie is like 1.4 g which i can't fit on a 800 mb CDR, is there any way to make it smaller?

    ...or you might want to split it. If you don't know how to change the bitrate, or split the file, give some more info about how you made it and someone will help.

    yup the bitrate is actually is the cuase of your problem if you want to fit on a 80min CD you might want to use Sefy or myXVCD templates http://pinoy2201.cjb.net
