Hi,
I have sony hdr-pj10, and I wanted to convert videos and place them on my camcorder so I can watch movies from the built in projector. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to set this up

Convert your external vids to this format: HD: MPEG4-AVC/H.264 AVCHD format compatible (1080/60p Original format); STD: MPEG2-PS (I copied this from your camera specs)
Put the camera's memory card in a card reader attached to your computer
Save to the memory card.
Take out the memory card from the card reader attached to your computer and insert in your camera.

Thank you so much I will try this. Can you post the link to where you got the info from so I can read more in details

Hmm, but which folder do I put them in the memory card?
I have
SD CARD E:
-PRIVATE
-----AVCHD
---------BDMV
------------CLIPINF
------------PLAYLIST
------------STREAM
-----SONY -
Here's the spec link.
Not sure where the SD files would go but the HD files probably should go here: -----AVCHD or just try to create a folder and put the files there. But when you switch to projector mode, you would have to hunt for that folder which may not work. Isn't there any info in your manual about files for projector mode?
