RipBot 264 not creating an output file

Hi

I am attempting to use RipBot to shrink MKVs that I have created with MakeMKV. I am running v1.16.5 and the process seems to go smoothly. The MKV is loaded and RipBot presents all the information I am expecting to see. I select my output location and hit the start button. The process works smoothly, no errors are presented. At no stage does my new MKV file get created.

I am running Windows 7 and RipBot is reporting that all of the require constituent programs are there.

Any ideas anyone?

Post the log file. It should be in the ripbot264 log folder.

I seem to have the exact same problem. log file uploaded.

according to the log the video is here as shown in the log.

output "E:\temp\RipBot264temp\video.264"

I would look there, you will most likely find it and have to rename it.
