    Is there a way to strech (resize) a movie from 1910x1072 to 1920x1080 without convert it?
    A program tool that does that quick?

    No. But use uncropmkv to reconvert/resize a mkv.

    You can set the aspect ratio flags in the header (if the container supports it, MKV and MP4 for example) to force the size at playback.
