    I am trying to delete the subtitle stream in an MKV file but programs like Yamb or MKV Extract does not work because the video codec Theora is not supported. Is there anything I can do ? I just want to delete the subtitle stream & ConvertxtoDVD is not letting me delete subtitle streams when I merge more then one file together

    Have you tried LATEST mkvtoolnix? OPen the mkv in mmg and delete the subtitle and save as new mkv?
