    I've ran into a peculiar problem with Wine under Ubuntu. I've a couple of HP TC4400 with Ubuntu 11.04 installed on them. I'd tried to install MS Office 2007 and run under Wine. Every programs in Office 2007 package work EXCEPT Powerpoint. I'd even try using the beta version of Wine with the same result. When I tried to launch Powerpoint, the splash screen show up, then nothing else happen. Have anyone ran in the same problem as this?
    Yes, I know you can use LibreOffice Impress to make presentation the same way as Powerpoint. But my kids teacher have no clue to what Linux is.........

    You could always try Crossover.

    Nah, I've already put it in Virtualbox under XP. It just that I was curious to see anyone have the same problem I did. It was peculiar that all others programs worked except Powerpoint,
