Spliting A Capture Automatically during Capture process

is there an application that allows firewire capturing with the option to automatically split up the capture so that a new file is created every 15 minutes (for example). I have a two hour video that would create too big of a file. So I just want an application that splits it up systematically.

Can CapDVHS do that ? if so, how do I set up CapDVHS to do that?

if it's DVavi winDV can split at any number of frames you choose. you'd just need to do the math to determine the frame number of 15 minutes.
