Hi All,
Is there any documentation which specifies the max video bit rate upto which FLV can be encoded.
I tried encoding .flv files using SUPER but video bit rate was not going above 3.6 Mbps.
So is it a limitation with the tool or this is max which FLV supports.
Any help will be appreciated.

I doubt that. Try instead freemake video converter. It can convert to flv with h264 directly.

Yes. You can adjust the bitrate to whatever you like. Just click to FLV and the Edit preset-button.
